Bidding Process

The process of forming a bid begins with examining construction plans and performing material quantity takeoffs. However, there are a lot of nuances and complexities behind this seemingly straightforward formula. We are very familiar with this process.

Familiar with design services using a qualifications-based selection process under the Brooks Act (Public Law 92-582, as amended) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 36.6. DoD Secret Security Clearance experience.
